Bold News Live: Youth, Culture, and Politics

This year’s Anděl Awards brought many new discoveries, as well as something that has long been missing from the Czech music scene: young artists who are not afraid to speak openly about politics. It is not only musicians who are bringing engagement into culture, but also directors and actors. The discussion will focus on how culture relates to politics and what young opinion leaders can do for democracy and freedom from their positions. The speakers will be young Czech musicians and filmmakers who have something to say.
