CZECH RADIO CONCERT: Vojtěch Drahokoupil

Singer Vojtěch Drahokoupil has been part of the Czech music scene for many years. He is also well known to fans of Czech musicals, where he shines in leading roles. With the release of the first single from this album, titled Samotář (“Loner”), Vojta announced his “back to roots,” returning to the musical style closest to his heart. His latest major project is the song Jediný přání (“The Only Wish”), which will appear on the album as a bonus track. It is a gospel piece that Vojta composed and dedicated to the Anežka Foundation, an organization focused on helping families with children who have physical disabilities. A number of music stars and legends also contributed to this ambitious project, including Helena Vondráčková, Marta Jandová, Michaela Štiková, Sharlota, Jan Toužimský, and Václav Noid Bárta.
