International Conference: Models of Cooperation Between Children’s and Youth Film Festivals and Commercial and Local Partners
Section: ZLINFEST PRO
240 min
Czech, English
09:00 - 13:00
Congress Center
Congress Center, Irena Ondrová Hall
The conference will connect leading European children’s and youth film festivals and will focus on finding sustainable models of cooperation in a changing financial environment. At a time when public funding is increasingly limited, festivals are seeking new ways to develop partnerships with commercial, local, and institutional partners. The conference will offer a comparison of different approaches—from commercially oriented strategies to models based on local collaboration—and will also open up questions of ethical boundaries and long-term sustainability.
The conference is organized by the Zlín Film Festival and Screen the Future – European Children's Film Festival Network.
