Juliana Rychlíková is part of the emerging generation of film professionals with a strong international reach. She graduated in Production from Tomas Bata University in Zlín and began gaining experience on domestic film and television projects during her studies. As an assistant director, she has worked on a number of Czech and international productions. She has collaborated on films and series for major global companies and streaming platforms, including Extraction 2, Foundation, Blade Runner 2099, and Ballerina, and also worked as a personal assistant to Arnold Schwarzenegger during the filming of the series FUBAR. Thanks to her experience in both international productions and the domestic industry, she represents a dynamically developing figure in the contemporary audiovisual field.

How is a film created from the perspective of those who are not seen on screen, yet without whom no film could exist? This session will shed light on the behind-the-scenes world of filmmaking and reveal the work of professions that often remain hidden from audiences. The program offers a rare opportunity to look “beneath the surface” of film production and experience cinema from a completely different perspective—through the eyes of those who help bring it to life.
