Nineteen-year-olds Shaï and Djeneba grew up on a Paris housing estate and have been inseparable friends since childhood. One summer, they leave to work as camp leaders at a children’s camp in the countryside, where they take responsibility for others for the first time. Amid daily chaos and the joy of working with children, they begin to confront their own insecurities, family pressures, and feelings of loneliness, gradually rethinking their friendship and their future.
