Eighteen-year-old Dafné, a talented judoka from a remote Greek island, leaves her old life to pursue her Olympic dream in Athens. With her coach Jurij, returning to elite sport after years away, she enters a world of strict discipline, rigid rules, and constant pressure to perform. Leaving carefree youth behind, she faces adulthood, dealing not only with intense training but also with her emotions, first love, and painful disappointments. She gradually learns that reaching the top requires not only physical strength but also the courage to face the truth about herself. This dynamic film by Giorgos Georgopoulos follows a young girl’s transformation as she searches for her place between ambition and reality. It is a story of determination, lost illusions, and inner strength born when the world around us begins to shake.
