Seventeen-year-old Lee Jooin appears as a girl of many faces – a cheerful friend, a cheeky daughter, a playful partner, and an unpredictable personality hard to define. Her world begins to fall apart when, in a burst of anger, she says words that set off an unexpected chain of events. She then starts receiving anonymous messages questioning her behavior and the very nature of her identity. What once felt certain suddenly begins to crumble. Jooin is forced to face who she really is – and whether she can return to the safety of the world she once protected. This intimate, psychological film captures the fragility of adolescence, when the line between inner self and outward image easily blurs. It is a powerful reflection on identity, social pressure, and the desire to remain true to oneself. After exploring children’s worlds, Golden Slipper winner Yoon Ga-eun now turns to a teenage heroine.
