On the newly settled Crystal Planet, eleven-year-old Rea befriends Burgy, the adorable offspring of a mysterious creature who has lost his mother. Determined to help, they set off on a journey to reunite him with her. Their quest soon turns dangerous when a ruthless governor seeks to exploit Burgy for his own gain. Forced to venture through an unknown world full of secrets, they must overcome fear and learn to rely on each other.
