Ten-year-old Lisa is new in the town of Rosenhill and soon becomes a target of bullying. But when she discovers a mysterious book about superpowers, she transforms into a masked heroine and begins to fight back. She soon becomes involved in a struggle over a rare coin that could save the entire town. To succeed, she must learn to work together even with those who once hurt her.
