Noe (1998, France) is an animator and visual artist based in Brussels. After studying at the Beaux-Arts de Montpellier and La Cambre, he worked on music videos, festival trailers and animated projects combining traditional and digital techniques. His graduation film Unusual Sunset explores the border between dreams and nightmares.
A tiny fish swims through a vast underwater city, searching for its place in a world far bigger than itself.
