Nawojka is a Polish director and screenwriter studying at the University of Silesia. Her work combines animation and literature, and her short story Death and a Girl, the basis for her film Bad Night Story, received an award in the Silesian Shakespeare competition.

A grandfather dies and tries to leave his home. But his family won’t let him go, as if he were still among the living.
