Lampie (11) lives with her father in a remote lighthouse, tasked with lighting the beacon each night. One stormy evening, the light remains dark, causing a shipwreck – of a vessel owned by the local admiral. As punishment, Lampie is sent to work for seven years at his estate, the eerie Black House. There, she discovers Edward, a boy hidden in the attic, labeled a monster by his father and the village. But Lampie soon learns Edward is kind, gentle, and dreams of reuniting with his mother’s family. The film invites viewers into a world of magical beings, secrets, and twists, where Lampie must face danger and decisions that shape her identity. Lampie is a tale of courage, friendship, and the light that can be found even in the darkest moments. Based on the television series of the same name, also known in the Czechia.
