The ECFA Beat – Contemporary Challenges in Film Culture Development Activities around Europe and beyond

Activities promoting film culture, and cultural activities in general, are considered necessary for our societies. For this reason, the European Union and national, regional, and local governments around Europe have been providing support to various cultural institutions, in a variety of different formats. Among them, institutions involved in the world of children's film, be it festivals, film education organizations, as well as film industry players (producers, distributors, filmmakers, etc.). What's the current situation across Europe? An open discussion among ECFA members which will provide input and information on current challenges.
