Christian Lo is a well-established Norwegian director of children & family films, with a degree from UCA in the UK. He aims to tell fun, challenging, dramatic and character-driven stories, at children's own eye-level, filled with compassion and drive. Two of Christian´s films, Rafiki/Bestevenner (2010) and Los Bando (2018) premiered at the Berlinale. Los Bando was nominated for the European Film Awards EFA Young Audience Award in 2019. Christian´s films have won numerous awards worldwide.

Two best friends Axel and Grim dream of making music history with their band Los Bando Immortale. One day, the impossible becomes reality and the band gets an invitation to the Norwegian Rock Music Championships. Together with nine-year-old cellist Thilda and rally racer Martin, they embark on a crazy journey across Norway. An adventurous race against time, the police and their parents begins. With every kilometre, the group of friends grows closer and together they head towards the triumphant finale.
