Born on May 15, 1973 in Cesis, Latvia. 1988.-1992. - Studied at the Applied Arts Secondary School 1992.-1996. - Studied at the Riga Pedagogical and Educational College as a drama director and art teacher. 1999.-2001. - Master's degree at the Latvian Academy of Pedagogy and Psychology. Since 1997. Started working at the film studio "Animacijas Brigade" ltd. as an animator, since 2000. also as a film director.
